Body Worn Camera (BWC) Footage –
Initial requests for BWC footage are to be submitted to the Records Unit. Several factors of an incident determine what BWC footage can be released. Once a BWC footage request is received, research will be completed to determine what the cost for the requested BWC footage would be to the requester. The cost must be paid to the Records Unit before the BWC footage is compiled. Once payment is received, the BWC footage will be produced and released to the requestor upon its completion. BWC footage requests will be processed in the order they are received. Estimated times of completion will not be provided.
