Other Information:
The Board of Adjustment consists of 5 members appointed by the City Commission. The Board does the following:
- Hears and decides appeals of City Zoning staff decisions where it is alleged that there is an error in the determination of city staff.
- Hears and decides cases involving variances from the City's zoning ordinance, where due to special conditions, a literal enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance would result in unnecessary hardship.
Special Requirements:
Annual filing of Statement of Financial Interest Disclosure (Form 1) is required.
