SCHOOL FLYER DISTRIBUTION CHANGE
The Hillsborough County School District has changed their policy on handing out activity flyers to the students. We are no longer able to hand out paper flyers through the school system. The schools will now only post the flyers electronically on Peachjar and the schools will have one hard copy at the front desk for reference. According to the Peachjar website: Peachjar is the leader in digital flyer management systems used by U.S. school districts, some of the most demanding customers in the world. Our cloud-based platform makes it easy for school districts to deploy and manage their digital flyer approval and delivery system, delivering flyers right to parents' smartphones or e-mail. School districts streamline their flyer operations, save significantly on touch labor and increase the effectiveness of the flyers reaching their intended audience, the parents. In order to receive our flyers through the school system, parents must receive them through Peachjar. Each student’s parent/guardian that has provided the school system an e-mail address is registered – contact your school with questions and to provide an e-mail address to receive future school flyers. We apologize for the potential inconvenience of not receiving the paper flyer from your school, but this is our only way to get the flyers to the students’ parents. Please spread the word to your friends and forward this newsletter to them so that they get our information. We encourage everyone to either follow us on social media or provide an e-mail address to us so we can send information to them.
