Collins Street Mural Park
- The mural and 24 space parking lot were both dedicated January 10, 2010 to celebrate the City's 125th birthday, commemorating 125 years before on that date when residents of the area voted to incorporate as a city, electing a mayor and four councilmen.
- The 2009 Mural Committee consisted of Sandee Parke Sytsma (Chairman), Scott Anderson, Fred Johnson, Jerry Lofstrom and artist Paul D. Hetrick.
- Titled"The Heart of Plant City", the mural is 14 feet by 70 feet and took artist Paul Hetrick around 400 hours to create.
- Depicting 53 total figures, the mural includes 25 historical people and iconic landmarks in the City, such as:
- Union Station Train Depot
- 1914 Plant City High School
- Fort Milton E. HullArmory Building at the Strawberry Festival Grounds
- Former long-time City Manager Nettie Draughon
- City Commissioner Mike Sparkman
- Prominent strawberry grower Roy Parke
- Former state lawmaker James L. Redman
- Retired car dealer B.M. "Mac" Smith
- Local historian David E. Bailey and others

The lot and adjacent area includes landscaping, historic lamp posts and sidewalks in keeping with the downtown street-scape plan. Two benches are included, as well as three granite markers identifying the historic figures in the mural.

A unique sculpture named Eternal Time, designed by artist Robert G. Woods, is described as an abstract grandfather clock. It sits atop a buried time capsule with memorabilia of our time. The time capsule is scheduled to be unearthed and opened on the City's 200th birthday, January 10, 2085.

A 25-foot flag pole donated by the Plant City High School Class of 1969 stands near the mural along with a water fountain in memory of the late Mayor Sadye Gibbs Martin.
