Only the Northside doors to City Hall are unlocked for public access beginning at 7:00 pm, these are the doors that face flag pole.
The Southside doors facing Reynolds Street are not open for public entrance after 5:00 pm

1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Nathan A. Kilton.
2. Invocation by Pastor Michael Fredette, Liberty Southern Baptist Church followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
3. Public Comments: Excluding any matter which is (a) scheduled for any legislative public hearing on this agenda; or (b) the subject of any quasi-judicial hearing scheduled or to be scheduled before the City Commission.
4. Consent Agenda: Items listed on the consent agenda are considered routine and will be adopted by one motion. The City Commission does not discuss the items on the consent agenda unless discussion is requested by a member of the Commission, City Manager or City Attorney. If so requested, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

25-063 Resolution approving minutes of Regular Meeting held February 10, 2025.
- 25-044 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to convey acceptance of WSP Global, Inc. to WSP USA, Inc.
- 25-052 Resolution authorizing the purchase, installation and removal of a generator for Lift Station 20 from Tradewinds Power Corporation under Florida Sheriff's Association contract No. FSA23-EQU21
- 25-059 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to convey acceptance of the odor and corrosion control chemicals provider going from Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC to Xylem, LLC.
- 25-060 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to convey acceptance of Griner Engineering, Inc. to Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM.
- 25-062 Resolution approving Mutual Aid Agreement between the Plant City Police Department and the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
- 25-067 Resolution authorizing amendment No. 1 to agreements with Xcessories Squared Development & Manufacturing Inc. and Osburn Associates, Inc. for Traffic Signs, Posts, Blanks, and Sheeting.

- 25-091 Resolution approving Mid-Year budget adjustment.
- 25-092 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase vehicles and equipment.
- 25-093 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into Florida Job Growth Grant Agreement with the Florida Department of Commerce and enter into an agreement with Lakeside Station, LLC for a letter of credit or other adequate security.

- 25-070 Consideration of a resolution reappointing Samuel Greenberg to the Hillsborough County Board of Adjustment and Appeals Building Board.

6. Legislative Public Hearings:
- 25-090 Legislative public hearing on an ordinance repealing Plant City Ordinance No. 50-2005 to dissolve the Eagle's Crest Community Development District.
- 25-070 Transmittal public hearing for text amendment PC/CPA 24-08 amending Land Use Map 4 of the Future Land Use map series regarding the Preferred Land Use Scenario Map of the Northeast Master Plan located in the northeast quadrant of the City of Plant City.
7. Quasi-Judicial Public Hearings:
- 25-069 Quasi-judicial public hearing on an ordinance to rezone 26.78± to the Lake Walden Square Planned Development (PD) District, located on the north and south sides of West Alexander Street, west of James L. Redman Parkway (PB-2024-34).
8. Other Resolutions and Ordinances:
- 25-072 Resolution setting public hearing on an ordinance to annex 12 parcels totaling 35± acres - ANX-2024-07 and ANX-2024-14.

Any invocation that may be offered at the beginning of the City Commission meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the City Commission. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the City Commission and do not necessarily represent the religious beliefs or views of the City Commission in part or as a whole. No one is required to attend or participate in the invocation and such decision will have no impact on their right to participate actively in the business of the City Commission. Copies of the policy governing invocations and setting forth the procedure to have a volunteer deliver an invocation are available upon written request submitted to the City Clerk.
