NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

 

The Board of Directors of the Walden Lake Community Association Local

Government Neighborhood Improvement District will hold a 

Special Meeting on

Monday, February 24, 2025

Meeting is scheduled to begin immediately following the adjournment of 

the regular City Commission Meeting

in the City Commission Chambers of the Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building (City Hall) located at 302 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida to which all interested persons are invited.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following:

  • Resolution approving Walden Lake District Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25.

  • Resolution approving the Walden Lake Homeowners Association Board of Directors Advisory Council for the District.
  • Any other business that may come before the Board of Directors.

APPEAL NOTICE

IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE Board of Directors of the Walden Lake Community Association Local Government Neighborhood Improvement District WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
