City Commission Meetings

CITY COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULE & LOCATION: The City Commission holds their regular meetings on the Second and Fourth Mondays of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers within City Hall (Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building), located at 302 W Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563.

PUBLIC ACCESS:  Doors to City Hall are unlocked for public access beginning at 7:00 p.m. Only the Northside doors facing the main city hall parking lot will be available for public entrance. The Southside doors facing Reynolds Street are not open for public entrance after 5:00 pm. 

HOLIDAYS:  Should any regular City Commission meeting day fall on Memorial Day or Veterans Day, the meeting is held at the same hour on the next succeeding day.   For the month of December there is only one regular City Commission meeting scheduled which is held on the second Monday of that month at 7:30 p.m.

AGENDAS: The agendas for City Commission, CRA, Code Enforcement and Safety Employee Pension Boards are finalized on the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting date. To request a copy of an agenda, please contact the City Clerk's Office.
