INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM

• Any facility that will generate wastewater that is related to manufacturing or processing will be subject to further assessment and regulation as outlined in City Code Chapter 74, Article III, and Subdivision II. Pretreatment Standards and Requirements. Please contact the City’s Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, at 813-659-4298 X4902 for additional guidance on related requirements.
• Any facility that has a kitchen on-site must comply with all regulations related to grease management, including City Code Chapter 74, Section 74-89, 74-198. Registration forms are included in this file.
• Any facility working dental amalgam must register with the city and comply with 40 CFR Part 441.  The registration form and further information is in the file.
• Any facility installing a lift station must register with the city. Please contact the City’s Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, at 813-659-4298 X4902 for additional guidance on related requirements.
