      Removed accumulated garbage, refuse, and rubbish. 
      Reduction of Fines

       Plant City Code Section 78-900(International Property
      Maintenance Code 304.2):
      Failure to repair exterior walls and chipping, peeling paint. 
      Reduction of Fines
