Building Division Residential/Commercial Fees
City of Plant City Building Division Residential Fees.
Plan Review Fees:
When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds $2,000 and a plan is required to be submitted, a plan review fee will be charged and is due at the time that the plans and specification are submitted for approval. The plan review fee shall be equal to 25%of the building permit fee as set forth by the valuation fee table. This non-refundable plan review fee is in addition to the building permit fee.
