Special City Commission Meeting - held at HCC Campus/Trinkle Center - Hurricane Milton Workshop

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Plant City, City Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 5:00 pm at the Hillsborough Community College Campus - John R. Trinkle Center Facility, located at 1206 North Park Road, Plant City, Florida to which all interested persons are invited. 

The purpose of this meeting is to provide: 

• Hurricane Milton Workshop

• Any other business that may come before the City Commission
   

_{**Please Note:  The regularly scheduled 7:30 pm City Commission Meeting held on this same date, will take place at City Hall, 302 W. Reynolds Street, not the HCC-Trinkle Center.}

All persons are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
