SPECIAL PLANNING BOARD MEETING

PLANNING BOARD MEETING BEGINS AT 8:30 a.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the City of Plant City, will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 8:30 am in the City Commission Chambers, Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building, 302 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563,  to which all interested persons are invited to attend. 

The purpose of this meeting:

Quasi-judicial Public Hearing:

 PB-2024-22 - Final Plat Timber Ridge Phase 1- Charlie Taylor Road.

A final plat request for the Timber Ridge Phase 1 subdivision creating 54 lots within the
Timber Ridge Planned Development (PD) District located on the east side of Charlie Taylor
Road, north of Swindell Road and south of Midway Road.
