Planning Board Meeting - *Change in Mtg Location*

The Planning Board of the City of Plant City will hold its regularly scheduled meeting where the public is invited to attend at the following place and time: 

                                           Date & Time:     Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

                                           Location:             John R. Trinkle Center, 1206 North Park Rd, Plant City, FL 

NOTE: This meeting will not be hosted virtually.  Public comments will be allowed in person during the public comments portion of the meeting. All public comments must be germane to matters within the authority of the Planning Board and exclude matters which are subject to any Quasi-Judicial hearing scheduled or to be scheduled before the Planning Board.

PLEASE ALSO BE ADVISED that to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to aid in the response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, all persons attending the public meeting will be required to sign in, to answer questions regarding potential exposure to COVID-19 within the past 14 days, to submit to temperature screening, and shall either wear face coverings or other cloth or material covering the nose and mouth and comply with all social distancing guidelines. Violations of these requirements may result in removal from the meeting. Any person found to have a temperature of 100.4° or higher will be asked to leave.

ALL PERSONS ARE ADVISED THAT IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE PLANNING BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
