1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Approval of Minutes:  December 11, 2024

3. Public Comments: Excluding any matter which is (a) scheduled for any legislative public hearing on this agenda; or (b) the subject of any quasi-judicial hearing scheduled or to be scheduled before the Planning Board.

4. New Business

     Legislative Public Hearings:  

a)  PC/CPA 24-08: Northeast Plant City Preferred Land Use Scenario Map Update 
          

A publicly initiated map amendment to propose changes to the Preferred Land Use
Scenario Map of the Northeast Master Plan. 

   Quasi-judicial Public Hearings

        Swearing in of staff and speakers.

       

       b) PB- 2024-36: Right-of-way Vacation- Portion of North Knight Street  

A request to vacate a 45-foot wide by 270-foot long portion of North Knight Street located south
of East Reynolds Street and north of the CSX Railway. 
 

        c) PB-2024-34: PD Rezoning - North and south sides of Alexander Street, west of
          James L Redman Parkway and east of Maki Road

               A rezoning to combine the Plant City Junction Community Unit District and the Lake Walden
               Square Unit 1 Community Unit District creating the Lake Walden Square Planned Development
               District adding 1.25± acres and increasing allowable commercial square footage to 438,720. 

   Proposed Ordinances

       d) PB-2024-42 - Text amendment - Section 102-491 C-1A Neighborhood Business
              District

      Amendment to Division 9 of Article IV Chapter 102, C-1A Neighborhood Business Zoning 
      District regarding tattoo establishments in the Downtown Core.
