NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Plant City, Community Redevelopment Agency will hold a public meeting at City Commission Chambers, Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building, 302 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563, and virtually, by means of communications media technology, to which all interested persons are invited.

The regularly scheduled CRA meeting is scheduled to begin immediately following the adjournment of the scheduled City Commission Meeting.


 

1.    Meeting called to order by Chair Rick A. Lott.

3.   Approval of the November 23, 2020 minutes.

4.   Presentation of annual audit for fiscal year ended September 30, 2020 by Wade Sansbury, Partner, Maudlin & Jenkins, LLC.

5.   Resolution approving amendment to the CRA budget for the year ending September 30, 2021.

6.   Other Business.

7.   Adjournment.

ALL PERSONS ARE ADVISED THAT IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. 

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT, ANY PERSON WITH A DISABILITY REQUIRING REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING SHOULD CALL THE CITY CLERK AT (813) 659-4200 AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to aid in the response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, all persons attending the public meeting will be required to sign in, to answer questions regarding potential exposure to COVID-19 within the past 14 days, to submit to temperature screening, and shall either wear face coverings or other cloth or material covering the nose and mouth or to comply with all social distancing guidelines. Violations of these requirements may also result in removal from the meeting. Any person found to have a temperature of 100.4° or higher will be asked to leave.
