2023 Utility Rate increase of 3.58% is based on the U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Deflator.
A delinquency charge of 1.5% is applied to outstanding balances not paid by the due date.
All water/sewer utility customers located outside the city limits shall pay a surcharge of 25%.
Utility tax of 10% is applied to water service(s). Service charge for defaulted utility payment is $50.00.
*Deposit Update: any customer whose service is discontinued due to a delinquency for a second time within a twelve-month period shall be required to increase their current deposit.
