One day water and sewer service for property inspection associated with a sale or lease.

NEW – TURN ON FEE $ 25.00

Turn on fee associated with the establishment of a new account

CONVENIENCE CALLS $ 12.85

Request for repeat trips for rereading of meters, checking for leaks and

return trips to resume service due to unable to leave water on at assigned time

(1 free call per year)

METER BOX ADJUSTMENT $ 64.22

Move meter box or other adjustment

METER INSPECTION FEE (PERM METER) $25.90

METER PULL AND TEST – REPEAT METER TEST $ 25.90

Initial findings tested within an acceptable range

PULLED OR PLUGGED - METER RESET FEE, HYDRANT METER $128.49

OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED WATER CONNECTION

Service fee and Hydrant Meter Installation Fee

REMOVAL OR DESTRUCTION OF RESTRAINT - LOCK CHARGE $ 32.11
