NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Evaluation Committee for RFP 24-010HR-CC, Employee Recruitment Services will meet at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 22, 2024, in the City Commission Chambers of the Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building (City Hall) located at 302 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida to which all interested persons are invited to attend.

The purpose of this meeting is to:

• Negotiate a final agreement with the top ranked respondent.

• Any other business that may come before the Committee.

All persons are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Committee or the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
