Kerri Miller was appointed City Clerk by the City Commission effective April 20, 2009. In July of 2010, through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), the Florida Institute of Government, and the Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC), she was awarded the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC). Kerri has since been accepted into the IIMC Master Municipal Clerk Academy Program working towards earning her Master's Municipal Clerk (MMC) designation.
As an active member of the Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC), Kerri served as the association's Central West Director from 2013-2016.
Prior to her appointment as City Clerk, Kerri served as a Legal Secretary in the City Attorney's Office and has 10 years of experience in the legal field as a Legal Secretary.
